Description

Our #17 rod has a line rating of 50lb to 100lb. Available in 7ft and 8ft. It is one step heavier than our #16 and is primarily used for catching larger sharks and for deep water bottom fishing. This is a great rod for hand cranking Warsaw Grouper or for stand up electric reel fishing.  It is popular among commercial fisherman of Florida. This rod comes standard with a nylon gimble, HD Fuji hooded reel seat, and Alps HD Boat Guide.
